LWM is an interactive coding education platform that provides structured programming lessons, exercises, and projects. The platform is designed to help individuals learn programming languages including Python and others.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers

All course content, lesson materials, code examples, and platform design are owned by LWM and protected by copyright. You may use the content for personal learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
6. User Content
Any code or content you write as part of lessons and exercises belongs to you. By using the platform you grant LWM a limited license to store and display that content as part of the service (e.g. saving your progress).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
LWM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific learning outcome will be achieved. Course content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LWM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of LWM after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
